This Privacy Policy describes how Ship AI("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Ship AI Studio.

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts, or advertising trackers. We only receive what you choose to send us: the emails you write to hi@shipaistudio.com, and the details you share if you book a call through our scheduling provider. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, scope the work you asked about, and deliver any engagement we agree on. We do not sell your information, and we do not train models on your data or your customers' data unless you explicitly opt in.

Client engagements

Data we handle while building or running a system for you is governed by that engagement's agreement, including where it is stored, who can access it, and how long it is kept.

Your controls

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hi@shipaistudio.com and a person will get back to you.
