Look at the data
Where it lives, what is missing, what disagrees.

Duplicates, gaps, and formats fixed, with a record of every change.

Is it a fit?
Choose it when
- The Assessment found records that are scattered, duplicated, or disagree between tools.
- Two tools hold the same clients or deals and nobody trusts either list.
- You want the build to start from data you can defend to an auditor.
Skip it when
- Your records are already in one place and one shape: go to the Build Sprint.
- You do not yet know which workflow will read the data: start with the Assessment.
- You need a new system of record, not clean data in the one you have: that is a bigger program.
Not included
- The workflow or agent build. That is the Build Sprint, and it starts once the data is ready.
- Ongoing data entry. The foundation fixes what exists; agents and people keep it current.
- Replacing your systems. The data stays in the tools your team already uses.
What this looks like for you.
Financial services
An RIA's client records merged across the CRM, custodian exports, and billing, so every workflow reads one list.
Private equity
A PE firm's deal records deduplicated across the CRM, call notes, and task list before the agent runs.
Digital assets
A treasury team's ledger, exchange, and bank exports put in one shape by entity and period.
Before you book a call.
01What does the Assessment check first?
Where the workflow's data lives, what is missing, and what disagrees between tools. If that check finds trouble, the readout recommends Data foundation before the build.
02What does "clean" mean?
Duplicates merged, gaps filled or flagged, formats made consistent, and every change recorded. Your tools, your team, and the workflow read the same record.
03Where does the data end up?
In the systems the workflow reads: your CRM, ledger, or files. Loaded and checked against the source.
04Why is it quoted?
Because the size of the job depends on how many sources, records, and conflicts you have. We price it before work starts, and nothing expands without your agreement.
05Do you change records without asking?
No. Fixes follow rules you approve first, every change is logged, and anything the rules cannot decide is flagged for a person.
06What do you need access to?
Read access to the sources and write access to the system the clean data loads into. We work on a copy first and load only after your team says yes.
Fix the data first.
Clean up, transform, and load your data so the build starts from good data.
