01If we don't build, what do I keep?

The plan: where the work leaks, what fixing it is worth, workflow or agent, and the approval points it needs. If we say do not build, you keep the reason.

02What do you need access to?

Read access to the tools the workflow touches, plus an hour with the person who does the work today. Nothing in your systems changes during the week.

03How does the credit work?

The full fee is credited toward a Build Sprint that starts within 30 days of the readout. The readout includes the fixed Sprint scope and its price.

04Who runs it?

Santos. The person on the kickoff call watches the work, writes the plan, and builds the Sprint if you go ahead.

05Can the readout say no?

Yes, and it does. If the work is too irregular or the data is not ready, the readout says so and names what to do instead.

06What does the plan say about approvals?

Which steps a person must approve, who that person is, and what the workflow must never do on its own. Anything that touches money, a client record, or your name waits for a person.
