What you get.
- 01
One workflow or agent live in production, connected to your tools
- 02
Approvals: a person signs off on anything costly or irreversible
- 03
Monitoring, plus a handover guide: how it runs, what to watch, who to call
- 04
30 days of fixes after it goes live
A live: a live screen with a queue, a person approving before anything is sent, a staged rollout, and a log.
How it runs.
- 01
Set up
Days 1 and 2: access to the one system it connects to, real examples, and the approvers you name.
Week 1 - 02
Build
Days 3 to 7: a working version on your real data, in a safe sandbox first, with every action logged.
Week 1 - 03
Test and go live
Your team runs real cases on days 8 and 9. It goes to production in stages on day 10, with the handover guide written.
Week 2 - 04
Fixes included
Fixes for 30 days at no extra cost. Then AI Operations runs it, or your team does, with the guide.
After go-live
A workflow or an agent.
A workflow
A workflow follows steps you can write down, the same way every time.
- New invoice
- Pull the fields
- Route for approval
An agent
An agent decides its next step within rules you set.
- Read the ticket
- Draft the reply
- Ask a person if unsure
Not sure which? The AI Assessment tells you which one fits.
About the AI AssessmentIs it a fit?
Choose it when
- You can name the workflow, the system it lives in, and the person who approves it.
- You want it live on real data within two weeks, not a prototype or a slide.
- You have done the Assessment, or you already have the scope it would produce.
Skip it when
- You cannot yet say which workflow is worth it: start with the Assessment.
- The build needs three systems talking to each other first: ask for a scoped program.
- Your records disagree across tools: start with Data foundation.
Not included
- A second workflow or agent. Each Sprint ships one.
- Connections beyond the one system. More are scoped and priced before they are added.
- Data clean-up. If the records are not ready, Data foundation comes first.
- Running it after the 30 days of fixes. That is AI Operations, or your team with the guide.
What this looks like for you.
Financial services
An RIA's onboarding check live on the CRM and inbox: packets checked, mismatches flagged, one request drafted for the advisor.
Private equity
A PE firm's pipeline agent live on the CRM: every call note turned into a dated next action, assigned after the partner's review.
Digital assets
A treasury close workflow live on the ledger and bank feed: each deposit explained, the match waiting for the controller.
Start small. Prove it. Then grow.
Every step has a published price, set before work starts. The first call is free.

01What does "live" mean at the end of week two?
In production, on your real tools, used by your team on real cases. The approval step works, monitoring is on, and every action is logged.
02Who approves what it does?
You name the approvers on days 1 and 2. By default a person signs off on anything costly, irreversible, or client-facing, and the approval is recorded.
03What happens after the 30 days of fixes?
AI Operations keeps running it month to month, or your team takes it with the handover guide. Nothing expands without your agreement.
04What if something breaks after go-live?
Fixes are included for 30 days. Monitoring catches most problems first, and the staged rollout means a small group sees a problem before everyone does.
05Does it work with the tools we already use?
Yes. The Sprint connects to the CRM, inbox, ledger, or portal the work already lives in. It reads only the records the workflow needs.
06What do you need from my team?
Access on days 1 and 2, the person who does the work today, and the approvers for an hour or two of testing on days 8 and 9. Your engineers stay on their roadmap.
