These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ship AI("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of Ship AI Studio.

This website

This website describes the services Ship AI Studio offers. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract: the scope, price, and terms of any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement that we both sign.

Your content

You retain ownership of your data and business content. We need a limited license to host, display, and process that content so we can build, operate, maintain, and improve your implementation. We do not use your content to train models without your consent.

Service levels

Ongoing Engineering partnerships include the support, monitoring, and service commitments defined in your agreement. If a service-level commitment applies, its remedies are described there.

Termination

Engagement terms, cancellation, and delivery milestones are governed by your agreement. We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, or behavior that risks the service's integrity, with notice when possible.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
